"Our purpose is for each student that goes through our youth program to walk out
with a deeper and more intimate relationship with God, as well as the ability and
desire to communicate that relationship with others."

We have adopted the 7 values from the book Gospelize by Greg Stier as pillars for
how our gospel-advancing ministry models itself:
1. Intercessory prayer fuels it.
2. Relational evangelism drives it.
3. Leaders fully embrace and model it.
4. Disciple multiplication strategy ignites it.
5. Bold vision focuses it.
6. Biblical outcomes measure it.
7. Programs fully reflect it.

Some examples of how we are/will be exemplifying these pillars are:
- Regular prayer nights and leaders praying daily for students in their small group.
- Consistent use of the cause circle (prayer, care, share) in reaching friends, family
members, and others.
- Leaders will disciple a small group throughout the year to model for upper
classmen to disciple younger students.
- Following our purpose statement for studying, planning, and scheduling lessons,
events, service, and outreach programs.
- Individual and collective goals and expectations for each year.

Our desire is for this ministry to be small group focused. We will put more
consideration and time allotment for small groups in our normal meeting times.
Small groups allow the personal and relational aspect of the Christian life to shine
through, building trust and acknowledgment between leaders and students

Goals and expectations individually and collectively will consist of the following:
